These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Next Level Academy website.

Next Level Academy is the professional development and education division of HIZUS PTY LTD.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.

  • Course Terms & Conditions;

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy; and

  • any other policies or notices published on the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

2. About Next Level Academy

Next Level Academy provides online professional development and educational content for professionals, business owners, managers, trainers, assessors and organisations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our courses are non-accredited professional development courses.

They do not constitute:

  • nationally recognised training;

  • an AQF qualification;

  • a Statement of Attainment;

  • a professional licence;

  • professional registration; or

  • another formal qualification.

Eligible participants may receive a Certificate of Participation and Completion after meeting the stated requirements for a course.

Such a certificate recognises participation in professional development only and is not a nationally recognised qualification.

3. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal, professional and business purposes.

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems;

Information including price, course duration, access period, completion requirements and certificate arrangements will be displayed where applicable.

Australian consumers retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees. (ACCC)

12. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are generally stated in the currency shown at checkout.

Where applicable, the website will indicate whether GST or other taxes are included.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors, but we will not unfairly alter the agreed price of a completed transaction.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Next Level Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Any voluntary refund conditions do not exclude or limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss or damage reasonably resulting from your unlawful use of the website or a serious breach of these Terms.

This clause does not require you to indemnify Next Level Academy for loss caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of applicable law.

Where paid course access is affected, any action taken will remain subject to applicable consumer rights and the relevant Course Terms & Conditions.

We will not use website changes to unfairly remove an existing purchased entitlement.
