This 20-hour, self-paced professional development course helps professionals use generative AI responsibly across administration, management, sales, customer service, HR, operations, training and small business. It takes a platform-neutral approach, covering practical prompting, writing, research, analysis, productivity, teamwork and customer-facing work. Participants practise with workplace scenarios, worked examples, demonstrations, exercises and downloadable resources, while learning to protect privacy, check outputs and manage AI risks. The course concludes with a workplace application project that documents an appropriate, tested AI-supported workflow. Participants who meet the completion requirements receive a Next Level Academy Certificate of Completion.
